Otoniel and Joice are missionaries from Venezuela. In their calls and assignments, they use teaching, creativity, authenticity, and spontaneity to serve God.

They have served as missionaries for extended periods in Paraguay, Panama, Guatemala, the United States, and currently, Mexico. They have also served for short and intensive periods in most Latin American countries.

Otoniel and Joice currently live in Mexico and have an itinerant ministry to accompany, serve, and help others with missionary and church planting tools throughout Latin America and some parts of North America. They have been part of church planting teams in Paraguay, Panama, Guatemala, the United States, and Mexico and have mentored and supported church planting leaders in many more countries around the world.

In their work, they serve together, with a focus on:

• Training leaders in church planting with Dynamic Church Planting International throughout Latin America
• Helping the needy with resources provided by partner ministries
• Identifying, discipling, and mentoring young leaders
• Providing tools, content, and digital media to organizations, missionaries, and Christian entrepreneurs who need it to effectively fulfill the visions that God has given them

Otoniel and Joice are servants of God who base their entire ministerial philosophy on being, believing, serving, living, and loving as Jesus indicates in His Word.
